Participation councils

ENL deals with youth participation councils as from 2008.

By “youth participation council” we mean different institutions where young persons can take part in decision-making. For example, this can be a local youth council or youth parliament, county youth council, advisory council, school student council or student council. ENL deals with county youth councils and local youth councils.

Local youth councils are youth participation councils attached to * html .clearfix{zoom:1} local government councils.
